1. Order Procedure
To place an order, select the product and add to [Shopping Cart], click [Check Out], choose [PaymentMethod], key in [Delivery Details], and submit your order.
2. Payment Method
We accept payments made using credit cards, internet banking, and bank transfer.
(**For bank transfer, please upload the payment proof after transfer via the "payment and upload proof" button in the Order detail page or the order confirmation E-Mail).
3. Order Status
Login member account, select “My Profile” and choose “Order” to check on the status.
4. Change order Information / Product Selection
You are not allowed to make any changes once the order has been submitted. Please contact our customer service specialist if you need to make changes to your delivery address.
If you need to make any changes to the product selection, please click the [Cancel Order] at the bottom page of the website and re-submit your new order. If payment for the initial order has been made, we will usually process the refund payment within 15working days. A refund will be issued to you via the same payment method used to make the purchase. The actual refund time may take longer subject to the refund policy and processing time of your designated financial institution(s)or third-party payment platform(s). Our customer service specialist will be in touch with you should there be any changes to the refund time.
5. Out of stock product
If your desired product(s) are out of stock, you may choose another available product(s) or get notified when the product(s) is back in stock by clicking [Notify When In Stock].
6. Defective Product(s)
If there are any damages, defects, or breakages to the product(s), kindly contact our customer service specialist within 7 days from the date of receipt. If the returned product(s) are deemed to be defective or damaged by our customer service specialist, we will arrange for product replacement/product exchange. Nevertheless, you shall be fully responsible to examine and ensure that the product(s) are received in good condition upon reception. Please read our Return and refund policy for more details.
7. Delivery Fee
The delivery fee will be calculated based on the product’(s) weight. The system cannot combine 2 or more orders and deliver them to the same address. To avoid any additional delivery fee, please place all product(s) in 1 order.
8. Delivery Duration
There will be no delivery service(s) available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and public holidays. Upon order confirmation, kindly check the delivery status and shipment tracking the number of your order.
